7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Refunds are subject to the stage of project completion:
    • If work has not started, a full refund may be issued.
    • If work has commenced, partial refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion.
  • No refunds are available for completed projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Visit Web Designer Ltd. will not be liable for:
    • Losses caused by third-party services or delays.
    • Damages resulting from the misuse of our services.
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant project.

10. Website Hosting and Maintenance
